Ongoing digital marketing management

The Parker is a unique boutique hotel in San Francisco, located near the vibrant Castro, Mission and Noe Valley neighbourhoods. Rated number 4 on TripAdvisor, The Parker is one of the city’s best places to stay.

What we did

Parker Guest House first approached us to assist in the design and development of a brand new website. We brought a fresh look and feel to the unique city oasis by creating a responsive website with UX at the forefront and we are also managing Parker Guest House’s digital marketing.

As part of our ongoing performance-driven digital marketing management, we execute Parker’s always-on brand campaign, manage their social media accounts, oversee SEO and write content for their blog. Targeted paid search campaigns enable brands to gain quick visibility in search engines and drive website traffic.

Strategy and Objectives

The core objectives for the always-on search campaign are:

  • Raise and maintain awareness of the brand and it’s offering
  • Target new audiences
  • Drive qualified traffic to the responsive website

The strategy of the campaign utilises distinct targeting functions to reach the target audience, while the campaign messaging is optimised to appeal to a range of key search phrases.


Results

Since managing the brand campaign and carrying out regular optimisations to messaging, keywords, ad groups, making adjustments to bids, budgets, device, location and language targeting and introducing multiple match type keywords, we have driven 7,801 clicks. Paid search now accounts for a third of all traffic to the Parker Guest House website.
